Hello and welcome,

I was first introduced to healing touch in 1996 while in training as a nurse in an anthroposophical university hospital in Germany. Years later, and a move to a different continent, I graduated from the Heartwood Institute in California in 2005 with a rich curriculum in comprehensive bodywork, east asian awareness practices and whole food nutrition. My practice is centered on supporting each client to reconnect with their health through deep listening, education, collaboration and encouragement.

Since graduating from the Heartwood Institute, I completed a certified Craniosacral Program with Pat O'Rourke in Seattle, WA. Following that I have continued my studies in advanced trainings and practice in Craniosacral Therapy, Intraoral therapy (with Lauren Christman at Crafted Touch) and Deep Tissue (with Brian Utting).

I am grateful to all my teachers and especially to all my clients and patients from the past two decades. I continue to be curious and inspired by endless learning and by supporting my clients health and well being.
